For your information, PPRs are Low-cost housing for the B40 communities. There’s a lot of pent up emotions among these kids and we want them to learn how to express their emotions at the right venue and correctly. You know there’s a lot of pent up emotions among the PPR children here. So, our mission today is to let them learn how to express their emotions via art. We draw freely with marker pens without the use of eraser.
