Cancellation and Refund Policies
Due to the small class sizes, all classes cancellation and refund should with a valid reason. A transfer or make-up class may be organised when notified 24 hours prior to class and will depend on the availability in other classes. A refund for term bookings can be given for any remaining classes when 2 weeks notice is given. Refunds for Holiday Programs, workshops, private bookings or party cancellations are not given.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the class date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the class date will incur a 30% fee. Please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org for class cancellation and refund request.
All Art Courses
A student may cancel enrollment in a course by giving written notice via email to us at email@example.com. Unless the company has discontinued or cancelled the course, the student is financially obligated to the company according to the following:
Cancellations within 48 hours:
Course tuition fees are non refundable. However you have up to 48 hours following a purchase to cancel the course without penalty and receive a full refund after purchase onto your original form of payment i.e. if you pay by credit card refund is returned to same card, if you pay by check you will receive a refund check. Website purchase refunds are processed via PayPal and PayPal refund policy timelines apply. If payment is made by Online Transfer refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your written notification of cancellation. Course cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing with a valid reason and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
No Shows: Attendees who do not show up for class, and do not notify us in writing timely will not receive a refund. If they wish to transfer to a different class, without following the transfer protocol above the attendee will need to pay the full amount of the class.
Late Arrival: Unless otherwise noted, all classes begin as stated on the schedule. Attendees who arrive at class more than 10 minutes late may lose their seat to take the class and a refund or credit will not be given. Making up program hours and content may occur during scheduled free time of the program, i.e. lunch break, at the sole discretion of management and additional fees may be applicable.
Make Up/ Replacement Classes:
Attendees who give a notification within 5 days from the last day of class AND the course is being offered on a future date. PLEASE NOTE: A maximum of only 1 day can be missed and made up, any days missed past 1 day will be at the discretion of management and may not be granted. Initial classes in the same category are not offered every month therefore the make-up day will only occur at the next scheduled class offering. If an earlier make up day is requested, and the course is not being offered by this date, then a 1on 1 makeup day with an instructor, may be requested in writing via email to email@example.com.
In the Case of Emergencies – Disabling Illness Or Accident, Death In The Immediate Family, Or Other Circumstances Beyond The Control Of The Student That Causes The Student To Discontinue Their Course Before Completion, The Company Shall Arrange A Prorated Purchase Settlement That Is Reasonable And Fair To Both Parties.
